Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Miller manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr.  Miller practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental extractions to corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal. He can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.  Dr. Miller has extensive experience with bone grafting and reconstructive jaw surgery and performs a full range of dental implant procedures.

Dr. Miller's staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.  Our patients safety and comfort is a priority during any procedure that Dr. Miller performs.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Lake Oconee Oral Surgery are experienced oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. We also have a nurse trained to assist in surgery. All staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.
